Ok... this is gonna be one long complaint post. If u dun have the patience to hear me go on and on about the politics at work, i suggest u close this window now. So here goes.....

Remember i mentioned about the marketing project that was given to us by WinterTime...so yah, its done, half-heartedly. Can't blame me. Blame it on the mgmt. We hardly even have time to sleep! Let alone do the report. Let's not forget that we still have a media plan to submit to them on the 6th of Decemeber. I dun even know where to begin searching for all the advertising rates. No doubt we have done it before, but who still keep those addresses?! Now i have to 're-find' those addresses and rates and i have a feeling its gonna take me at least 2 days to be done with the entire research. 2 days meaning 2 entire days, 48 hours. I think i should be thankful i'm i am able to stay alive by 4th Decemeber to report in school.

Another thing, the longer i work at WinterTime, the more politics and back-stabbing i discover. Its as though everyone is back-stabbing everyone. And i CANNOT stand those people at the head office. They are forever calling to complain and complain and complain about the staff at Suntec always calling to get stock. Hello? Its not our fault that we keep calling right? If they are wise enough to give us more stock, we wouldn't have to keep calling them to transfer stock here. Fuck off man! And its also not our fault that customers prefer new pieces than displayed ones and whenever we are out of stock, they would ask us to check other outlets rite??!!! U think we like calling up other outlets?! Its fucking troublesome! I'd love to avoid the phone at all costs. Customers are not complaining here, its the STAFF who are complaining about other staff.

And guess what! U have to spend $1000 before u can apply for membership at WinterTime. What nonsense is that?! Who spends a thousand dollars on winter clothing in a single receipt?!?? There is so so so so so much miscommunication among the staff there and its always US who gets into trouble.

Classic Example: Membership
I distinctively remember asking the BOSS about the memebership thing and he SPECIFICALLY told me that customers only need to spend $500 in order to sign up for member to enjoy 10% off all items. However, i was told by other colleaague that u actually have to spend $600. Since different people tell me different things, i figure i'd ask either my supervisor or the boss whenever someone enquire about the membership thing. So there was this time when one particualr asked about the matter, i referred her to my supervisor. And to my horror, my supervisor told her that she needs to spend $1000 ina single receipt to apply for membership. I was damn blur by then so i spoke to my supervisor and told her that i thought customers only need to spend $500. And guess what... She asked me SINCE WHEN?! I felt like telling her BOSS told me HIMSELF. But of course i didn't. I juz slapped her and scolded some vulgarities at her in my mind. So until now, we all still have no idea what is the exact amount customers need to spend to apply for membership. I figured the cleverest way is to refer the customers to the counter people. That way i don't have to answer should any problems occur.

And i have added this point in the report that is to be submitted to the Marketing Dept people. Let them reflect! Those people there are so free with nothing to do that all they do is call up Suntec to complain. Complain lah complain lah! Once 31st Decemeber is here, i'd curse WinterTime to close down! Or least sack all those eediots in the head office.

Oh... would anyone be interested to know my job scope at WinterTime? Let me tell u. Mondays to Fridays are meant for replenishing all my stock. Saturdays and Sundays are for putting up with irritating and attitude problem customers who think they are god just because they are slightly richer than some of us. Sometimes, i juz feel like asking those eediots to line up i a row and let me slap them one by one. Seriously, i tink a lesson should be given to EVERY human..or should i sae every singaporean, on how to appreciate and say thank you when someone offers u help. It juz goes to show how rude and unappreciative Singaporeans are when they ignore u or juz walks off without a 'thank you' after u attend to them. Fuck them man!

Thank God for lovely colleagues... i'm referring to the other interns.

On another note!!! Took MC today specially to go and watch my Jie Lun;s Concert!!! Can u guys believe it?! I started counting down to my Jay's concert from there were 80 over days! And right now... I'm finally done counting down the daes! I can count down in HOURS! ahAhaAha!!! Fucking excited and happie!
